Ikaris claims that the cold, cruel nature of Dromedan means he'll never reach his full potential, as he can not use that power wisely. Long ago, the other Deviants bred him to use this power on their behalf, but he taught them a lesson, that power is for him and him alone. Makkari wants to attack, wants to move out of the way, but can't. Makkari brags that he'll beat the Deviant creation into a pulp, but Dromedan inserts a mental command in his brain, squeezing out all other thoughts besides one, his own. Zuras needs a breather, because it is not easy resisting him.
